A lovely complete turnkey spray shop enclosure installation at our UK client’s facility, optimised for high-quality coating and drying of wet sprayed steel and aluminium parts.
The setup includes:
– A fully enclosed, high-spec spray booth enclosure with advanced filtration, clean air intake, and energy-efficient inverter-driven fans for variable speed control and reduced power consumption.
– Integrated flash-off zone for controlled solvent evaporation and excellent flow-out before final curing.
– Our flagship Schubox CIR (Catalytic Infrared) drying system – the world’s most advanced low-temp curing solution (typically 35–50°C), destroying VOCs via active catalytic systems, slashing energy costs by up to 80% vs. traditional electric methods, and ideal for metallic or temperature-sensitive substrates.
From the spacious booth layout with bright LED lighting and easy-access doors, to the robust Schubox unit with its signature orange accents and control systems – everything is built for reliability, throughput, and superior finishes.
