A leading supplier of high quality timber products to the trade has just installed phase 1 of a dual phase project with Schuberts. At the heart of their business lies state-of-the-art machinery, including new finishing systems and a skilled workforce. Equipped with advanced wood machining equipment, they have the ability to transform raw timber into a wide range of custom wood products. From mouldings and intricate profiles to precision-cut joinery components.
A Giardina 1VE spray line has been commissioned, with Wagner guns and pumps, to coat all their timber profiles. Running at 20m/min and up to 40m/min, the system allows profiles to be sprayed on all visible edges from staining, base coats and top coats in both solvent and water based coatings.
Phase 2 will include Giardina high-speed profile sanding and conveyors that will connect to the spray line.
