Also one of the most challenging design wise. Fitting the installation WITHIN an existing set of rooms and combining manual spray with fully automatic spray to get the best possible throughput and highest quality finish.
The project featured a full spray enclosure with filtered air input system, a large flash-off area integrating an automatic spray machine outfeed conveyor, with low and high level extraction for the solvent vapours, and a custom-built, extra large Schubox drying system to cure the coatings in 45 minutes.
