One of the UK’s largest manufacturers of timber doors and components has taken delivery of a second Giardina profile spray line from Schuberts.
The ATEX certified line, running at 30 metres per minute, is able to coat both simple and complex door components to a very high level of quality.
The spray machine is fitted with three Wagner automatic guns and pump system, able to deliver accurate film weights time and again.
The same line can also spray MDF profiles, water based or 2k products.
