We’re pleased to share a timelapse build of Schuberts’ latest project for a valued UK client: a state-of-the-art full finishing system designed for solvent and water-based coatings.
Featuring double spray booths, advanced full filtered air handling systems, a precision flash off zone, a cutting-edge paint mix room for mixing and intermediate storage, a custom large Schubox™ drying system, and complex ducting to atmosphere.
This setup delivers unmatched efficiency, quality and output. The Schubox™, with gas catalytic infrared technology, cures both solvent and water-based coatings in just 30-45 minutes, while the intricate ducting ensures optimal airflow for both spraying, filtration and personnel HSE.
This hasn’t been an easy job – a bespoke system from start to finish, but our team’s expertise made this complex installation a success. Huge thanks to our client and whole team!
