This fully automatic system features Giardina’s precision engineering, including high-speed profile sanding with Flex-trim sanding hubs for flawless surface preparation and a 1VE spray line equipped with Wagner Cobra and GA4000 guns.
It’s designed to apply water-based coatings efficiently across a wide variety of substrates, ensuring consistent, eco-friendly results at speeds up to 40m/min. Custom ducting optimizes airflow and filtration, making the entire setup accurate, fast, and tailored to their production needs.
