Schuberts has recently undertaken the installation of a new gas catalytic infrared powder green-cure tunnel system, replacing a make-shift electric IR system.
All manufactured in-house and installed by our skilled engineers in less than five days, commissioned and handed over to the customer after testing and training.
With full control over each individual emitter via the HMI touchscreen, the customer can control energy at specific points within the system, or indeed turn off individual emitters according to size of piece, speed of line or type of powder being used.
This customer can now gel their powder on a line, running their overall powder coating system much faster, at a fraction of the energy cost of other technologies.
