From enquiry to design to installation
At Schubert Technical Services Limited, we provide a detailed design and manufacturing process – from your initial enquiry, to concept and design, through to installation, and our dedicated aftercare and support.
We offer a comprehensive product range that includes both individual systems and complete turn-key solutions, manufactured at our Orange Box Finishing facility. We also collaborate with industry-leading partners to provide specialised equipment.

Test Centre Trials
Before moving into the design phase, we invite you to our Test Centre. Here, you can bring your products and trial various finishing systems to determine the best fit. We’ll also be on hand to provide feedback and recommendations, helping you choose the perfect solution.
initial sketches
Once we’ve established some ideas and concepts, we create the initial sketches. These designs outline the space required, show how our solution integrates with the workflow of your factory, and help give you an idea of how it meets your goals for capacity, efficiency, and more. We will review these together and refine the concept and design.
2D Plans
With the concept in place, we develop detailed 2D plans. These precise drawings serve as a clear blueprint which you can review further to ensure every detail aligns with your needs and expectations.
After approving the 2D plans, a deposit is required to begin the project. This secures your position in our production schedule and allows us to move on to the next phase.
3D Plans
We bring your project to life by creating 3D isometric plans, providing you with a detailed and comprehensive view of the finished project. You’ll have the chance to review and approve these again to ensure that everything is perfect before we begin manufacturing. These plans also help you visualise the design within your space and make any necessary adjustments to your factory workflow in advance of installation.

Once the 3D plans are approved, our team at Orange Box Finishing begin the manufacturing process. We take pride in our meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every component meets the highest quality standards and that your product is built to last.
Throughout this phase, we also maintain communication with you, providing updates on progress and ensuring that any final adjustments are seamlessly integrated.
delivery & installation
Once manufacturing is complete, we coordinate delivery to your specified location, keeping you informed throughout the process so you know exactly when to expect your order.
Our expert team undertakes and manages the installation, ensuring that everything is correctly set up and ready to operate at peak performance from day one. In addition, we offer comprehensive training for your team, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed, plus any best practice tips to maximise operational efficiency.
Aftercare and Warranty
Our commitment to you extends beyond installation. We offer comprehensive aftercare services, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and ongoing support, along with our warranties for extra peace of mind. Additionally, our sister company Schucon provides a full range of consumables, available for single orders or regular fulfilment.
