North West Joinery Coatings has just invested in a new gas catalytic infrared curing system from Schuberts. This retrofit UK installed system is based around flameless infrared technology and consumes either LPG or natural gas in a very efficient manner.
NWJC produces high quality windows and doors and coats them in high build water based exterior paints.
Drying times are now slashed from days to hours, the surface finish vastly improved, and with ultra-low running costs, the return on investment has been weeks.
