A new Giardina profile automatic spray line has been installed at one of the UK’s largest producers of timber doors and door sets.
The customer provides high quality products primarily for the health, education, commercial, leisure, office fit out, and high-end residential markets.
Running at 30 metres per minute, the new line can deal with water based or solvent based coatings in single pack, and 2k for primers, mid-coats and top-coats.
With a denibbing brush sander offline, it will coat from 20mm to 300mm widths, even on the most complex door profiles.
