Composite Manufacturer Goes With Spray Machine and Custom Schubox Solution
The largest UK manufacturer of composite slabs has just installed a Giardina 400 series automatic panel spray machine and custom Schubox drying system.
This new system, running at 3m/min and upwards, will not only allow the customer to produce much higher volumes, but allow staining and top-coating on the same Giardina spray machine.
Once coated, the slabs are loaded onto drying trolleys, up to ten at a time, and pushed into the side-entry Schubox. They stay in there for 45 mins at 40c until cured and removed from the end of the Schubox.
