A UK aerospace manufacturer has taken delivery of a new paint mix room.
The system compromises of a part bunded floor to protect the enclosure and surrounding factory zone from spills.
A full 8 paint pump auto-dose system is installed with an ATEX heater to control the internal temperature of the room. These pumps then feed directly into spray equipment.
Permanent vapour extraction, personnel door, and large product doors, allows easy and safe access routes in and out of the paint kitchen.
